Marketing the City as Tourist Destination In buckthorn Journal
The Department of Tourism of the City of Almeria, through the Municipal Tourist Almeria (EMAT), is marketing the city as a tourist destination in the journal buckthorn, air group Iberia Regional Air Nostrum. This is a new promotional campaign; part of the campaign is done across the board for the summer.
This initiative is done taking into account the level of customers flying on the airline, which can capture a very specific niche market and within the priority target pursued by the EMAT.
During the month of July, the publication’s readers will see a two-page report on the main tourist attractions of Almeria city with pictures of landmarks such as the Alcazaba, Las Salinas de Cabot de Gate, the Cascade Film, shelters William Langley and the Cathedral. Is expected to see a new article on Almeria and tourism during the month of August.
This is a great showcase to promote the capital given the breadth of potential readers who have the magazine that is distributed free during flight. In addition, Air Nostrum has been reinforced for the months of August and September the increase of foreign tourists and the expansion of international routes. In this sense, the network of foreign destinations join the end of July from places like Dubrovnik, Crete, Santorin, Corfu, Catania, Malta, Albia and Palermo.
